Today we have three runners at two different meetings. Head Girl Kirsty Huff and George Sturgis have driven to Fontwell with Ledders for the ledwardian partnership.

It is not all about today for Ledders, he may find the pace a little fast and in time once he has learnt to race will need a bigger galloping track. We are looking for a clear round of jumping and him to gallop all the way to the line. He is a future staying chaser and this is just one step towards his future.

This is first time over fences and a step up in trip. He needs to show something today to warrant keeping him in training, he has schooled plenty and jumps well. Dartmouths are slow matureres, but he has been very dissapointing up to now. So Good Sabre and connections. Fingers crossed for a positive run.
Last but not least we have Leonidass for the Nick Gifford Racing Club. Leonidass runs in the 7:08 Huntingdon 11 APR 2025 RTV 2m (1m7f171y) Book Your Christmas Party At Huntingdon Open National Hunt Flat Race (Cat 1 Elimination) (GBB Race) (Class 5) (4-6yo), james Davies takes the ride.
Leo has just had a wind operation following his dissapointing run last time out. We took him to Ben brains near Cheltenham and he was found to displace his soft pallete. So today we are looking for him to finish his race and gallop all the way top the line. We will know a lot more after today, whether the wind op has worked and if this ground is better for him.
