11th December- Lingfield Review

Stable News - Lingfield

Jasper ran well for his debut, he is bred to stay and just got a bit tapped for tow then they quickened, but ran on well to finish 7th. He was a bit green still but will have learned a lot from the experience. He is not really bred to be a bumper horse, ( he is bred to be a stayer) but may have one more run in one just for experience before we go hurdling. We will see. He has schooled and jumps very well at home.

Pip Away hated the ground, it was a lot softer than given and she was never really travelling in it. She looked like a different horse compared top her first run.

She also has struck in to her self quite badly and the vet has treated her. Hopefully nothing too serious but she will be sore for a little while. We will await good ground for her.

We have pulled Fairway Freddy out he would hate the ground. So we will save him for another day.

That's horse's and this blooming very wet December !!
