It's warmed up and the rain has returned. We had a good schooling morning this morning with Tabitha Worsley and James Davies with
some of the youngsters. Unfortunately it was very foggy so we have not got any videos or pictures. They all schooled well.
Today we have two runners at Plumpton. We have Coral Lad running in the 1:00 Plumpton 13 JAN 2021SKY 2m4½f (2m4f114y) Tie The Knot Wedding Catering Novices' Hurdle (GBB Race) (Class 4) (4yo+). Coral Lad was 3rd last time out at Newbury. He is a big horse and still has some maturing to do. He is very well at home and hopefully he will put in na good performance. His future will be as a chaser. James Davis takes the ride and he is owned by "The Project Mars" partnership.
Next we have Delta Rose who will also be ridden by James Davies. Delta Rose runs in the 1:30 Plumpton 13 JAN 2021SKY 2m (1m7f195y) Sky Sports Racing Maiden Hurdle (GBB Race) (Div I) (Class 4) (4yo+). Delta Rose is owned by Jeremy and she is a lovely stamp of a filly. She has had niggles and set backs and we are so pleased to see her running today. She had one run in a bumper where she finished 7th of 13 in testing conditions at Newbury in 2019. Today we will learn a lot more about her. Fingers crossed for a positive performance.
