Drumheller finished a very promising second at Plumpton in the 3m 1f handicap novice hurdle. Fred as we call him at home was given a brilliant positive ride by James Davies. Drumheller is owned by Vivid racing and is a big 3 mile chaser and he is taking time to mature and learn the game, yesterday he jumped beautifully and travelled really well throughout the race, the longer trip defiantely suited him. He stilled showed that mentally he is still maturing, but so much to build on and improve still.

He will come on for the run and we will look for another hurdle for him on a bigger galloping track. We will certainly have some fun with him. Drumheller was led up by our Head Girl Kirsty Huff , turned out to perfection as always. Well done Connections and Team Gifford
