SOLDIER POET finished 2nd first time out in the Bumper! Flash as he is called at home ran a super race only being beaten a length! He was short of room after the home bend which didn't help him but he is definitely one to look out for. The big rangey son of Soldier of Fortune will have learnt a lot today, he will gallop all day long! Congratulations to Owners Mr & Mrs Mike O'Shea & Work Rider Hannah Payne

TOUQUET finished 4th today, he found the ground a little too soft for his liking. He travelled strongly and jumped well but just didn't quite make it home in the softer going. We will look for some better ground for him & a more galloping track. Touquet is owned by our yard sponsors Mr & Mrs Graeme Brooks & Ridden everyday by Kirsty Huff
