20th November 2023- Stable News

Today we were at Exeter Racecourse with two runners . Both horseshaving their first runs for us . Koenigsstern ran in the 1.15pm 2mile novice hurdle with James Davies on board . He ran a really good race to finish 4th . He is a future chaser , he’s a very big 17 hh horse and will improve for the run . So much to look forward to with him. Arnie as we call him at home is owned by Ham Manor Farms . He is looked after and ridden at home by Head Girl Kirsty Huff .

Then we had Rum Cove having his debut in a bumper, he is also a horse for the future and even now as a 5 year old still has some filling out and maturing today . He will now go hurdling , he has done lots of schooling at home and jumps well. Although he finished 10th he ran to the line , he just got tapped for toe when they quickened . He will have learnt a lot today. He was also ridden by James Davies . He would also appreciate better ground .
