We have one runner on the Flat to day Royal Windsor Racecourse for the Nick Gifford Racing Club.

Leonidass runs in the 6:30 Windsor 24 MAY 2025 SKY

1m3½f (1m3f99y) Sporting Times Sri Lanka Restricted Maiden Stakes (For Horses In Bands C And D) (GBB Race) (Class 5) (3-5yo) and Trevor Wheelan takes the ride. 9 horse go to post.

Leo will need two miles when he gets a handicap mark but we have to run in three maidens first which are over shorter trips, so just hope he copes well with the stalls ( he has practiced plenty at Coombelands) he probably will be slow out but hopefully travels well and tries his best. It is certainly not about today but just throught it would be great fun looking further ahead for the club to have a dual purpose horse.
