Today we are heading to Warwick with three runners. The first two are in the same race. My Bad Lucy who will be ridden by James Davies and Kilfords Queen will be ridden by Alex Edwards . They both run in the 2:40 Warwick 27 APR 2023
3m Watch On Racing TV Novices' Handicap Chase (Class 5) (5yo+ 0-100). My Bad Lucy has WON already this season @Doncaster under James Davies and we are hopeful of a positive run, he is a staying chaser and just keeps galloping!! Kilfords Queen was very unlucky last time out where she was scuppered by a horse that fell in front of her. She was starting to run on and James was hopeful that day she could have run in to a place. Hopefully this step up in trip will suit her and we will see a positive run. If she doesn't show a huge improvement today, she will hopefully go Point to Pointing !
Izzy Mills and Casey Watson will be leading up Luca and Liz as we call them at home.
Our third runner is Northern Poet who again will be ridden by James Davies and runs in the 3m John Sillett Memorial Handicap Chase (Class 4) (5yo+ 0-115). Tom as we call him at home has WON three times this season and is a little star! So we are hopeful of another big run. Good Luck to the Hope Springs Partnership and Team Gifford. Head Girl Kirsty Huff will be leading Northern Poet today.
