3rd February 2022- Stable News

On Monday we had the three runners at Plumpton. We were pleased with all three of them as they all ran well, Rosie was very unlucky to fall at the last fence in her race ( she would have been 3rd against the boys). My Bad Lucy ran a very solid race to finish third, he is becoming stronger and we look forward to seeing him over fences.

Cobbs Corner ran a cracker to finish 5th of 14 runners, his best run todate. He definitely appreciated the better ground and James was very pleased with him.

Today we have one runner at Wincanton, Kilfords Queen runs in the 4:40 Wincanton 3 FEB 2022 1m7f (1m7f50y) Bet At racingtv.com Mares' Open National Hunt Flat Race (Category 1 Elimination) (GBB Race) (Class 5) (4-6yo) with James Davies on board. We are still very much learning about this filly and what ground she like. She is by the sire Dylan Thomas , which points to her liking better ground. She is an out and out galloper future chaser. So we will learn more about her today. It looks like a hot bumper, hopefully they will go a strong gallop and she will be doing her best work at the end.
