3rd November - Stable News

Today we head to Plumpton racecourse with two runners having their debuts for the yard.

Our first runner is "Gone Country " who is owned by Jack Holman, he runs in the 1:08

Plumpton 3 NOV 2025 SKY2m (1m7f195y) Racehorse Sanctuary & Rehoming Centre Maiden Hurdle (GBB Race) (Class 4) (4yo+). Today he will be led up by Lizzie Skidmore. Hannah Payne rides Eddie ( stable name) at home. Gone country has been placed in Point to Points in Ireland.

Then we have Touquet who runs in the 1:38 Plumpton 3 NOV 2025 SKY 2m4f (2m3f166y) Extech Cloud Novices' Handicap Chase (Class 5) (4yo+ 0-100) and 7 runners go to post, he carries top weight and the ground may be a bit on the quick side for him as he is a Kapgarde. It's his first run over fences , so looking for a good clear round and finishing his race galloping all the way to the line. Touquet is owned by Mr and Mrs Graeme Brooks, he is ridden and looked after at home by our head girl Kirsty Huff and will be led up by Kirsty.
