The Perfect day to go racing, today we have two runners at Fontwell. First of all we have Kings Kuroshio running in the 2:30 Fontwell 6 FEB 2023 2m5½f (2m5f164y) Cazoo Novices' Hurdle (GBB Race) (Class 4) (4yo+). She is a big staying chaser and we will see the best of her over fences and further in the future but she needs to learn to race, jump and finish her races. So today hopefully she will get a good clear round and be doing all her best work up the hill, she may get a bit outpaced as the ground is drying up. Good luck to Mildred as she is called at home and Team Gifford. James Davies is on board and Ella Garland will be leading her up today.
Then we have River Tyne in the 4:00 Fontwell 6 FEB 2023 2m5½f (2m5f135y) At The Races App Market Movers Mares' Handicap Chase (Hereford Mares' Chase Series Qualifier) (Class 4) (5yo+ 0-115), River will be ridden by James Davies and five horses go to post. She is still learning the chasing game and fingers crossed for a good run today. Good Luck Holly and Tony.
