Finally it is starting to warm up and we have had some welcome rain for the paddocks. Most of our horses will be turned out in the next few weeks for their summer holiday.
Time to restock next week at Doncaster Sales, which is always an exciting time of year.
Today we ha9th May- Stable Newsve two runners at Plumpton . Zuba will be ridden by James Davies in the 1:35 Plumpton 9 MAY 2021 2m (1m7f195y) Evening With Paul Merson 9th September Maiden Hurdle (GBB Race) (Class 4) (4yo+). We are hopeful of a big run fingers crossed. He is on great form and was 2nd last week at Goodwood on the flat. Kirsty Huff will be leading him up today and rides and looks after him at home.
Then we have Furia D'Oudairies running in 3:38 Plumpton 9 MAY 2021 2m (1m7f195y) Julie Brown Memorial Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) (4yo+ 0-105). 15 runners go to post and Niall Houlihan is on board. last time we ran her in a hood and it switched her off too much, so we are hoping for a good positive run today. She is up against the geldings today, Izzy Mills will be leading her up today and Izzy does all the work on her at home.
