We head to Huntingdon today with one runner. Rum Cove is making his chase debut in the 4:00 Huntingdon 9 MAY 2024 2m7½f (2m7f129y) Virgin Bet Best Odds Daily Novices' Handicap Chase (Class 5) (5yo+ 0-100). Eight horses go to post and James Davies takes the ride. Rum Cove AKA Sam as he is know at home is a stunning Chestnut gelding owned by the Hope Springs Too Partnership.

A lot ride son today, he has struggled on his racehorse journey so far, he is ver backward and green and as a last chance in many ways, we are tring him over fences. He schoold beautifully at home, but needs to show us something today for the owners to warrant keeping him in training. Let's hope he finds this his thing.
