National Racehorse Week Open day 13th September

Today we celebrated #NationalRacehorseWeek with our open open morning. Everyone being very keen to continue in light of the Queens love of racing and the thoroughbred. Great British Racing#LoveTheRacehorse. We started at 10 am with a brief chat in the yard and parade of the horses , then went up and watch them on the gallops. We had demos from a Chiropractor , equine dentist and farrier and then lots of homemade cakes and tea and coffee. So many people to thank, Becca Bowtel from the ROA, Ella from National Horseracing College chatting to racing enthusiasts about training, qualifications and career opportunities . A huge shout out to the whole of Team Gifford for all there help, support hard work ,cakes and enthusiasm...it shines through ! Looking forward to doing it all again on Saturday for our Owners day !
