A beautiful start to Autumn , with rain and sunshine meaning the paddocks have already really picked up after the dry summer and the grass gallops look fantastic. The yard is in full swing and the horses are getting close to peak fitness.
We are very much looking forward to the season ahead and hope that our lovely owners will get chance to see their horses run. James Davies and Mattie Bachelor have been coming in on a regular basis to school and work the horses and Tina Cook ( Nicks sister ) comes in to do hill work and training with the youngsters that need it. We have a strong team of staff and horses and a lot to look forward to.
We have two new lease fillies with shares available at a set fee of £200 for 10% per month and no outlay. Both have dual purpose potential with fabulous pedigrees. So get in touch if you would like to know more. We also have an order for a dual purpose gelding of the flat. We will be going to the October Newmarket end of season sales to purchase him. There will be 5 10% shares in him available. Shares will be around £2000 per 10%.
We also have a stunning 3 year old UNNAMED gelding FOR SALE by Getaway out of the family of Straw Bear. He is for sale for £40,000 plus VAT . He is broken in and ridden away and will be ready to run in a bumper early Spring.
Today we took two of the horses " Castledhem" and " Jungle Prose" for a racehorse gallop to Lingfield on the all weather. Both horses worked well. Jungle prose may go for a bumper at Warwick towards the end of the month. We will look for a race for Castledhem too. Both racing club fillies are on very good form. We cant wait to run Mystic dreamer on her ground which she did not get last year.
We have ONE SHARE available in "The Rose Tinted Partnership" horse " Rose of Aghaboe" who is also on great form. She is a lease filly so no outlay just 10% of her training fees.
