Thursday 23rd November- Stable Update

Pip Away made he hurdling debut for The Lavender Chickensat Wincanton in the 1m7furlong Mares Maiden Hurdle, although in time Pip Away will need further it was the perfect starting point for her to get her jumping.

We were thrilled with her run, she jumped and travelled very well and over that distance they don't hang about, she literally just got a bit tired in the closing stages. She will come on for her run and will have learnt a lot but we look forward to seeing her run in handicaps in the future and over a longer trip. For now she is just learning the game. A lot of fun to be had with this mare. Above all she showed a great game attitude and has come out of the race very well. We will look for another similar race in a couple of weeks time.
