A stunning morning on The Downs in Findon today. We are on our way to Fakenham with two runners. Fairway Freddy runs in the 3:20 Fakenham 17 JAN 2022 2m½f (2m59y) Hellesdon Leather & Cloth Furniture Company Handicap Chase (Fakenham Double Up Bonus Race) (Class 4) (5yo+ 0-120) with James Davies on board for the New Gold Dream partnership. He would prefer better ground, but needs the run and he is on good form.
Then we have "Missfit" in 3:55 Fakenham 17 JAN 2022 2m (2m3y) EBF Mares' Open National Hunt Flat Race (Category 1 Elimination) (GBB Race) (Class 5) (4-6yo) also with James Davies on board for the Julie Thomas ( Broadwell Stud) and Team Heart Racing (Becky Bailey). This is missfits second run after a brilliant Third at @Lingfieldparkracecourse on her debut. She is on great form and hopefully will cope with the ground ( which is an unknown at the moment) . So fingers crossed for another positive performance. Missfit will be led up by Andrew Veale. Fairway Freddy will be led up by Chloe Whitelam.
